Rich DeBucci -

Rich has worked on Air Compressors for 30 years and has
worked for most of the area compressor companies. The
last two companies he worked for went through changes in ownership which
left him feeling insecure in his career. It was a
customer that suggested to him that he begin his own
company. After much analyzing the decision was
made to initiate "The Air Compressor Co.".
He knew he had a skill that was in demand because
"air is the fourth utility".
On Sept 1 of 1993 The Air Compressor Co. was born.
Rich started from his home. With experience, determination,
a van and an answering machine. The compressor
"Guy" was born.

Jackie DeBucci -

|
It was 2 years later that Jackie joined the compressor
"Guy" full time. After working as a sales
representative for 13 years she jumped on board full time
and began her voyage with the Air Compressor Co. She
had watched her five children grow and now from her office
in the basement she watched as the company, the paper work
and the accounts grew. About a year after they moved
into the new building her office grew larger constant
changing and growing all around and joy filled their world
as 10 grandchildren arrived in the month after month, years
after years. the oldest grandchild is now 8.

Greg DeBucci -

It was January 6, 1997 when Gregory moved back home from
Columbus where he had been living for 5 years. He had
attended college with a goal of being an airplane mechanic,
so he already had grease under his fingernails.
He is an extremely capable problem solver and after some
special training on Air Compressors he is an valuable
asset to the Air Compressor Co.
